If you chose Card 1:
Write A Gratitude List -
Mantra: "I am grateful."
Ultimately, the only thing that we can fully control is our thoughts. To call in good vibes, write a list of things that you're grateful for. It can be for any given day or just a general list of the good stuff in life. Reflect on past difficult situations to uncover the lessons that were hidden in them - feel gratitude for how everything has evolved to land you where you are now.
Practicing gratitude allows us to shift back to the present moment and recognize how divinely orchestrated life truly is. Holding on to resistance and expectations keeps us attached to our suffering. When we take time to consistently and authentically express our appreciation for others, we receive gratitude in return. This process creates a beautiful cycle of positivity that propels us forward and into a more positive and stable experience of life.
What are you grateful for? How can you show more gratitude daily?
If you picked Card 2:
Positive Affirmations -
Mantra: "I speak to myself with love and compassion and extend it to all those I meet."
Love yourself and speak to yourself as if you are the love of your life. Write yourself a love letter, witness your beauty in the mirror and acknowledge it aloud, or take note of positive compliments you've received in recent times. Use these beautiful words to create affirmations that support and uplift you.
Make speaking to yourself with love a daily practice. This practice requires a deep level of compassion for yourself and keeping your internal dialogue positive can be challenging at times. Set up your phone background with a positive quote or inspirational message. Write empowering statements on sticky notes and put them around your house. Before you know it, everything around you will be reflecting this positive vibration!
Say sweet things to others. Share heartfelt compliments with your friends and family. As you infuse yourself with love through positive affirmations, you radiate positivity out into the world and receive more love and positivity in return.
What thought patterns are preventing you from being positive at all times when speaking to yourself?
If you selected Card 3:
Flow Like Water -
Mantra: "I give thanks for the abundant waters of Mama Gaia."
Water naturally carries intentions within it. As one of the five classical elements, it is an incredibly valuable resource for our physical and energetic bodies. It holds the power to purify us physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
You can infuse water with intention through your speech, thoughts, and prayers, or by placing sacred symbols or words of positive affirmations on or under drinking vessels.
Tune into your mind's eye and picture the water cleansing you. Where are you? What kind of water is cleansing you - is it from the ocean, a river, your bathtub, or an ancient water temple? Manifest this vision in your life and look for new ways to connect with water. Skate on the ice, suft in the sea, paddleboard on a lake, or even simply shower with an intention. Whichever way you go about it, offer great reverence and sincere gratitude for the waters of this earth.
What beliefs and patterns would you like to wash away with the help of water?
