Card Drawing April 19, 2020

Good day, soul friends! Hope your week was wonderful - or as much as it can be given our crazy circumstances. I have been a busy little bee. I hope you are safe, healthy, and well. Today the Sun has moved in my native sign of Taurus, we have the Moon in Pisces, and I am ready for warmer weather. I am getting the itching feeling as my 36th revolution makes its close.

Today's guidance comes from the Enchanted Spell Oracle deck by Priestess Moon and the In Bloom Oracle deck by S.M. Cozzemera.

Which set of card(s) do you feel drawn to today?

Left - 1, Middle - 2, or Right - 3...

Focus on the image and chose which cards you feel drawn to before scrolling down.

.........

Did you choose your card, yet?

........

almost there!

If you chose the set of Cards 1: Columbine - Foolishness, Resolute, Unique

This is a hardy perennial that is happy to bloom in part shade or in a woodland or mixed border garden. The Celtics believed in the world of dreams and visions and that columbines were the portal to this world. Magic is powerful, but we still need to be aware that we can be vulnerable in it. We must guard what we do andhow we do it. Wherever your journey takes you stay steadfast in your faith, love and friendships. Believe in things that are not yet seen. Celebrate your uniqueness and remain determined on your path.

Protection - Guardianship, Sanctuary, Safe-keeping

The Priestess of Protection stands firm beneath the powerful Helm of Awe, a talisman of defense against illness and bad luck. She's surrounded by a potent wheel of herbs known for the protective qualities: bay leaves, birch, hazel, lily, lavender, and valerian.

The Priestess is a powerful healer and one who specializes in breaking hexes and curses; one who knows how to keep homes and families safe.

Know that you are protected by a higher force. As well as taking physical security measures to keep your house safe, the added reassurance of psychic protection goes a long way in making you and your home feel secure.

If you picked the set of Cards 2:

Sweet Violet - Humility, Wisdom, Modesty Violets denote spiritual wisdom, humility, and faithfulness. This particular symbolic violet meaning also reminds me of reinventing ourselves. The first bloomers in spring are tender, graceful things. The second troupe of violets tends to be more hearty, focus-driven…they know they are the last, best chance for survival. Everything has it's season. This signals a "down time" or hiding away to protect something that you value. It may also symbolize a time period of growth where you must simply release and allow. Clarity - Focus, Goals , Life Purpose The Priestess of Clarity stands confident and focused beneath a healing herb wheel. The botanicals represented are rosemary, chamomile, echinacea, ginger, St. John's wort, and thyme. These herbs have stood the test of time as some of the most versatile and useful botanicals Mother Nature has provided us. Medieval symbols for protection against self-doubt surround the priestess, and her wings symbolize that she is a spiritual as well as earthly being. The Scottish Gaelic words "glice blath." which translate to "wise flower," feather in this image. When the Priestess of Clarity appears, it is time for absolute focus. You may have a big undertaking ahead of you that needs your full attention. Break tasks into small, achievable goals. Write down every single step you need to take to accomplish your goal. If easily distracted, the judicious use of a timer to allow yourself productive time and rest time throughout the day, may help. Attempt twenty minutes of uninterrupted work or study, then alternate with twenty minutes of unstructured me-time. Play with the times and see what works - you will be amazed at how you can achieve with just these small amounts of focused time. Consider that each toward your goal is a step toward fulfilling your life purpose here on earth.

If you selected the set of Cards 3: Lilac - Hardiness, Confidence, Spirituality

Since lilac tends to be one of the earlier flowering plants each spring-time, it carries with it some of the same spiritual energies of other “early bloomers” like daffodils and forsythia. Lilac has the same quality of being able to push or penetrate through harsh, heavy “winter” energies. So if you’re seeking some kindof significant breakthrough in your life, and you want a little extra kick or punch to help get you through, connecting with the energies of lilac can be very helpful. Be confident in yourself and trust that you are being led exactly where you need to be,

Faith - Angelic Messages, Trust, Surrender

The Faith card depicts the Priestess of Faith as an angel - a heavenly messenger holding a white lily and a golden ball. Although she is kneeling to display her humility, her gold-tipped wings are shimmering and the strident energy of the sun is very strong.

The Priestess of Faith brings glad tidings and the promise of happiness after a time of sorrow.

The Priestess of Faith is here to let you know that you will just have to trust the angels that everything is going to work out for the best. Think of this card as an angel messenger delivering guidance from a higher source. This "message from above" is winging it's way to you, and is sure to illuminate your life like a little ray of sunshine; helping you to make the best decision possible.

This card signifies that it is time to surrender to a higher power, to "Let go and let God."

Thank you for participating in my card drawing for today. I hope that you enjoyed it! Did the card(s) you felt drawn to give you some guidance to think about?

Don't forget to check back next week for another card drawing!
