Card Drawing December 15, 2019
Good day, soul friends! Been a bit under the weather and trying to avoid whatever virus has struck my household - so wasn't sure I would be in the mood to post these for tonight - but still here! I hope your week was lovely and that you enjoyed the last Full Moon for this decade!
Today's guidance is to pick a pile you're drawn to and the cards are from the Queen of the Moon Oracle deck by Stacey Demarco, the Oracle of Mystical Moments by Catrin Welz-Stein, and the Dreamkeeper's Tarot by Liz Huston.

almost there!
If you selected the set of Cards 1:
Waxing Crescent 1 - Realization - "I have timely self-awareness and act upon my realizations." With self-awareness comes realization. Knowledge of power. Self-examination of your role within a situation is important. When we decide to really examine our lives without fear or favor, it can be hard; this is, no doubt, an act of courage. We might not like what we discover, after all, yet without self-awareness and the will to act upon those realization (whether we perceive them as negative or positive) we do not get to change and grow. We can take personal responsibility to change our situation since we know our current position. Knowing ourselves more completely enables us to accept ourselves more readily and to dare to love exactly who we really are. The Journey - Love of adventure, Curiosity, Appreciation Sometimes we get so caught up in the destination, we forget to appreciate the journey. But if we neglect the little things on our path, we are missing out on precious moments. Someone new with a different point of view can help us see things that we may have overlooked. Four of Wands - The welcome arrival of someone or something long awaited. This represents the arrival, and upon its arrival is warmly greeted and celebrated. It can also be the completion of an initiation phase, a task, project, or undertaking. It is irrefutably a positive card; one of harmony, and things coming full circle. Enjoy the arrival of what you have been waiting for. Relish in the feeling of completion, and its accompanying sense of accomplishment. However grand or simplistic, this is a time to greet the weary traveler and welcome them back, even if that traveler is none other than yourself.
If you picked the set of Cards 2:
Waxing Gibbous 5 - Focus - "I have laser-like focus that serves me well." You must focus on the task at hand right now. There is no room for a scattergun approach. Put on the blinkers and then do not listen to gossip or negative people. If you make a mistake, it is your mistake to make. Do not waste your focus. Do not split your attention into too many pieces. What we place our focused attention on matters. Placing our undivided focus on something means we are more likely to take action on it. We are more likely to finish something we wish to complete if we focus on it; we are more likely to plan and succeed in our achievements should we take the time to focus on how. What hinders focus? Diversion, and it's often diversions we set for ourselves or that we allow. When we are afraid of our own growth or greatness we may procrastinate. We may even focus on everyone except ourselves, and never make the time to do the things we need to for ourselves. We need to focus on what feels good to us, what we really want and what we want to place our laser-like focus upon, and soon it will be ours. Under My Umbrella - Compassion, Care, Friendship, Protection Help along the path really does allow us to find ways to connect with others. When we become aware of the helping touch or smile to brighten someone's day, it really does change our perspective. By doing so, we are rewarded with the color of friendship. Ace of Swords - Determination and resolve through bold action. As the Roman philosopher Seneca said, "Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end." The Ace of Swords represents having the mental capacity and clarity necessary in order to clear the path and make achievable long-term goals. When the Ace of Swords appears, it is telling you to trust your instincts, and to act upon them. The sword is a tool which cuts through confusion, doubts and fears, providing a giant opportunity to rise above real or perceived obstacles. Its gift is to release you from some strife which had cast its shadow over your life - and to use the weapon of your mind for your ultimate good.
If you were drawn to the set of Cards 3:
New Moon - Beginnings - "I accept and rejoice in renewal and beginnings." You are offered a fresh start; your journey is beginning. Take the first steps towards something new. It is time to place emphasis on your health and well-being. We are gifted with a new beginning and a fresh start. What we have identified as useless or unneeded any more has been released in the void of the Dark Moon, and here waiting is a new chance. Here we get to renew our lives and feel free enough to risk trying again. Whether we are asking for a fresh start in a relationship or a new love, or are heralding the actioning of intentions such as better health, a new business or the start of a new project, riding the New Moon energy will assist us. White Rose of Hope - Hope, Beacon, Solution, Beginnings Perhaps we feel lost, or even a bit uncertain about how we feel. But if we look for the light in our life, we can find out way. White roses symbolize hope, new beginnings, admiration, and young love. There are exciting times ahead! Queen of Pentacles - Ruler through mastery of physical creation and manifestation. The Queen of Pentacles might be asking you to make a lot happen with a little, or to get down to mundane business without fanfare. She is full of caring focus, and invites you to get the job done with your full attention. The time for quibbling, uncertainty and negotiating has passed. This is the time for physical action. Connecting with nature is her simple message. Set aside some time to appreciate the sheer miracle of the earth's existence, and to enjoy her gifts.
