Good day, soul friends! I hope your week was lovely and that the weekend brought you some much needed rest. I was out at a national park all day yesterday without service (so good to unplug!), so I didn't get a chance to do the card drawings, as I intended to do. So, here's a blessing for Monday and to finish up July!
Today's guidance comes from the Aquarian Tarot by David Palladini. I only brought a few small decks to hang with while on vacation.

The Empress - "Flourishing growth." Through this card, manifestation of growth is on the horizon. You're the creator, and the seed that have been planted in the past - whether they were happiness, comfort, abundance, prosperity, family, children, ideas, or even thoughts - are now ready to give birth into your world. Be patient as you watch your seeds take root and grow. Nurture them as they become strong and healthy. Open yourself up to the life force of the Universe. This card also represents femininity and Mother Earth, who is calling to you. The arms of her beauty are reaching out; she wants to embrace you on her seashores, mountains, forests, and gardens - go to her and meet her halfway. Acknowledge that the same energy that makes up the heavens, earth, platens, animals, and mineral kingdom is also a part of you. Start nurturing yourself, and infuse your soul with love and compassion. Soon others will see and feel your devotion. As you interact with others around you now, or even if you're in the midst of solving a problem, use gentle care and kindness as you handle such situations. This isn't a time for you to be forceful, inconsiderate, possessive, domineering, or pushy. Act from the loving space of your heart center. The benevolent energy that resides there will assist you in making sacrifices in order to care for and help others, as well as yourself.

There is an element of balance that needs to be heeded with this card. Yet, care must be given to not become so attached to the past that you forget to live and enjoy what you are creating now. This is a beautiful card to receive, denoting a sense of carefree freshness. Visualization can be quite powerful, so use it to magnetize and attract what you want in life. The Sun brings you happiness and joy. It suggests a time for feeling carefree and happy in your skin. The Sun ignites a great period of creativity and activity so get started on that book or painting you have been thinking about for it will be a true expression of yourself. Optimism and positivity abound when The Sun appears. Know that enlightenment and energy are on their way to you! Stop holding yourself back and begin to shine!
