If you selected Card 1:
The Third Eye - It is safe for you to see the energy of love in all of its forms, such as angels, auras, and visions. You are an intuitive being who has the gift of foresight and who is in touch with other realities. Keep yourself grounded. The veil between the worlds is thin for you and you could easily confuse yourself and others with your imaginings. Aim for clear insights. Hold on to your common sense – it is your most effective tool in assessing your intuitions and acting on those that are valid. You have natural clairvoyant tendencies, governed by the energy center located between your two physical eyes, which is known as the third-eye chakra. The angels send clairvoyant messages that you perceive in your mind’s eye as shapes, colors, mental movies, dreams, and so forth. Or you may receive their messages via your physical sight, such as in recurring number sequences (111,444, and so on); lights and moving objects; or through signs and symbols, including feathers, rainbows, clouds, and coins. It represents knowledge that is expansive and other worldly. It is knowable but not seeable, since it lies beyond the physical world. Open your third eye to connect to the universal database of knowledge. This is knowledge that comes from within, instead of what we take from our external world through our physical eyes. It is also information that is clear and without question, since the third eye is but one ultimate channel, not two. Take care of both your physical body and spiritual self, for they must be in balance. Suddenly you will feel you have absolute knowledge within you and you will not doubt it.
If you were drawn to Card 2:
The Mermaid - There are times we, as you say, go with the flow. There are times when we drift, and allow the great Mother to direct us. And there are times when we paddle hard, using all our strength, and ride along with the strength of a great ocean wave, merging with its power and might, being carried forward. When we catch these waves of power, we feel so inspired, so alive, so thoroughly exhilarated and triumphant that we feel we can do and be anything. This is when we begin to work with the power, and use our own potential as well as the force of the ware, and when we do this we can travel vast distances, maintain balance, scream with sheer joy at life, and know we can set a direction that is in harmony with the great source of natural energy. Water is a great mirror, and the darker it is, the clearer the reflections of the world around it will be. And so it is with life. The clearer mirror we can look into will show us who we appear to be… but the dark mirror, metaphorically, is when life, or the sea, or our feelings become darker, more complex, sad, thoughtful, deep and at times, very painful. But it is at these times that we can see who we truly are - for under duress, our true character can be observed. And sometimes, we do not always like the truth of what we see in this dark mirror. It is time to gently, yet firmly see the truth about who you are, and to understand that who you are is not ugly, or lacking, but a truthful, beautiful, wonder-laden voyage into the soul… it is time to be shown what the eye cannot always see, but what the spirit has sensed… this may come through observations - loving words from friends who are truly able to see you, from a stranger who notices something that too many over look, or it can come in a moment when you glimpse who you have become… dreams, visions and flashes of intuition are also the mirrors that work with us at this time. Mirrors and who you appear to be will be coming up for you. Be sure to embrace the mirror and the magical mermaid’s tool as an ally, and wonders and healing will unfold. You are much deeper than the thoughts or perceptions you have about yourself. This card is about peeling back the layers to finally see the deeper you. Dive deep into yourself like the mermaid dives deep into the sea, to heal from energy you can find there. If you are working on something, dive deeply into it. Investigate. Push yourself to leave your safe zone. You may feel like going there will leave you short of breath, but understand that being with your deepest fears can be life-giving.
If you chose Card 3:
The Gate Of Knowledge - This symbolizes the opening of the gate to new dimensions of knowledge - those moments in time of sudden insight and intuition. It represents the beginning of a spiritual or shamanic journey; or the entrance into a new and other realm. This higher knowledge is available and accessible to everyone, you only need the right conditions and state of mind to attain it. There is an intuitive component involved - knowledge that is not fully possible to understand, yet recognizable once it is received and able to be fully experienced from that point onward. The painting is meant as an inspiration for people who are beginning their spiritual journeys, to help give them confidence along the way, to show what awaits if they are willing to take that first step. The dahlia flower symbolizes the magic of our consciousness, where we are now, the beautiful things in the world that we can see and touch and are capable of seeing today. The gate surrounding the woman symbolizes the connection between our earthly knowledge and consciousness now, and forms of higher consciousness that exist above and beyond. And the moon symbolizes the higher consciousness, that to which we can aspire and attain, the moon's phases representing the different stages, progressive evolution and deepening of our connection as we become more aware and involved. The horses symbolize this journey as well, and tell the same story in a similar way. In the olden days the tribes lived so far from each other than they never met or were even aware of each other's existence. One day, a horse came to one of the chiefs of one of the tribes. The horse beckoned the chief to come riding, to journey to new places that could only be reached with the assistance of the horse. It was an invitation to see, experience and learn what is possible and what lies beyond. There are many ways to get to get to these places; this painting shows how. It is a visualization of the start, the beginning; you decide whether you wish to come along and how far you want to go. Confluence of elements, meeting between different worlds, traveling to and experiencing new realities, existence of higher dimensions. We step into our destiny and our heart opens into all we are and all we always have ever been. We walk into the confidence of that self-unity and all our fear falls away. We have arrived back to where we began, the garden, and we stand in strength and grace sure of what we have become and grateful for all the work and love that brought us here.
