If you were drawn to Card 1:
Self-Expression - Complete and Move On -
Whether or not we express ourselves consciously in on purpose we are constantly expressing ourselves every day by how we dress, what we say what we read, and how we spend our time. Each of us was born with our own unique voice and role to play on Earth . No one else can play this role for us. It's our job to play as brilliantly as we possibly can. When we are playing this unique role consciously and purposefully, we contribute to the good of the world and we also attract more joy and enthusiasm into our own lives. This self-expression life area card will help you tune into your own unique voice and role in this world. Remember find out who you are and do it on purpose.
Look back on all the different ways that you've expressed yourself over the years. Celebrate who you were then, and who you have become, and who you are now becoming. Notice how the essence of who you are never changes. Let your personal vision and your self expression of that vision continue to evolve and strengthen with each passing day.
Be inspiring to others and be a source of inspiration to others. Give thanks for the great artists, musicians, scientists, and so on whose work and vision uplift us all. Whether expressing yourself or appreciating the expression of others, you are part of this magnificent circle of self-expression.
If you were drawn to Card 2:
Enlightened Heart & Mind - Channel Cleary -
There are many ways of knowing something. You can learn about the human body for example, through technological scanning techniques in the classical study of anatomy. This will give you a roadmap for how to think about the body. But it will teach you nothing about how the energy of the heart actually influences and heals the body. The same is true with education. Education will ground your knowledge and give you a solid foundation upon which to build your own point of view. But it won't tell you how to enliven that knowledge with your spirit and use it to create a life of joy, freedom, and growth. Make sure that your mind and your heart always work together and in service to your highest possible purpose.
You will always be inspired to the highest and best use of your mind and heart by the things that move you. Pay attention to what makes you laugh and what makes you cry. These are the areas associated with your greatest gifts and talents.
Always ask the question - "Who and what does my intellect serve?" Our bodies work best when our minds and hearts work in harmony with our highest purpose.
If you chose Card 3:
Partnership - Hierarchy vs Partnership -
In every area of our lives, we need to know just how to work in partnership, both within ourselves and in the outer world. Within our own bodies and minds, we need a working partnership between our intellect and our emotions. We also need a working partnership between our parasympathetic (rest and restore) and sympathetic (fight or flight) nervous systems. When our hearts and our minds are in conflict, we need to know how to resolve that conflict to create harmony.
And the outer world, our success depends upon our ability to work well with a variety of different people. In partnership, whether at work or in our most intimate relationships partnership, mastery is essential.
Take a look at the kind of partnerships you attract. Do you have equal power, or does one person seem to have more decision-making power than you? A true partnership is one in which each person has equal value and equal say. To be healthy, you need a few solid peer relationships. For practical purposes, we also need to know when to lead, when to follow, and how to work effectively in both partnerships and hierarchies. The person who assumes the most responsibility and takes the most risks usually gets to make the rules. Do your Partnerships contain enough mutuality?
Seek out true peers. Don't go one up or one down.
