Did you choose your set of cards, yet?
........
almost there!
If you chose the set of Cards 1:
Knight of Cups - This card often comes bearing messages. Usually these are the kind of good news that we all want to receive. This would tell you that things are going to be going well. You are likely to be feeling charged up, ready for action. This card often means that good news (particularly in the realm of matters of the heart) is likely to be headed your way soon.
You are getting ready to enter new realms in your spiritual exploration. The Knight often means that you will soon receive a message from spirit (this sometimes comes through another human, however,) which will open up new ways of looking at things for you. Pay attention to things that seem like coincidence. These are often the way that spirit "gets through" to us.
You are moving in the right direction and things are speeding up. You might feel unprepared for what is expected of you, and you might even feel like you have to fake it before you make it. The best thing you can do is to be yourself because you are attracting attention due to your charisma and personality. If you pretend to be someone else it will only decrease your natural light that people are so drawn to. You are a sensitive and beautiful soul, and people feel they can relate to you.
The Underworld - "Where all things pause and begin again."
The idea of an "underworld", a whole realm that we go to after we die, is a concept that crosses a huge variety of cultures and eras. What is different is how those cultures treat this concept - whether the underworld is seen as a place of rest and rejuvenation or horror and punishment.
You are being asked to consider exactly what you have to do to transform your life into something you find easier or more authentic to you. This may involve changing course. It involve trials and tests. Keep moving. While things fall away and your life may appear bare for a time, this is temporary. Space is being made into which you can create the new.
Salt - The essentials; from the earth and sea. Put your feet on the ground. Shift your focus to the practical; as these will be the stepping things for all things to follow. Do not be overwhelmed by the bigness of the world; simply be careful with your next step, and the ones that follow it.
If you picked the set of Cards 2:
Death - It does not necessarily, or even usually, indicate physical death. This card simply indicates transformation and change. This is definitely a time of deep transformation, likely to be both inner and outwardly in your life. Situations, things, and people that you have counted on or gotten used to may no longer be available to you in quite the same way as they once were, and this transition can be difficult for some people.
The more accepting you can be of change of all sorts during this time, and the less you try to "control" the better and the more comfortable this time will be for you. Often what you need to "let go of" is some sort of self-limiting belief or attitude. Sometimes we just can't see how our attitudes are hurting us, and when that is true, this time period can be a wake-up call. The energy of this time is not just change or destruction; it is change or destruction followed by renewal. Even though one door may have closed, another is opening. Will you have the courage to step through?
The time now is calling forth for you to release anything that was holding you back, fears that were uncalled for, and to evolve to where you soul is calling you. It tells you that things will not be the same again. You have outgrown a part of yourself, and it’s time to embrace the new. A transformation is taking place, you are growing and changing with the circumstances you find yourself in.
Skull of Flowers - "Creating through the ashes."
Before flowers are born, they are sweet buds on a plant that came from a smaller form like a seed or a bulb. The seed needs to be prepared, and given nourishing soul to grow to its potential. Some plants and trees only seed after a fire or a period of extreme adversity like a drought or flood.
Sometimes we wish for a life different from the one we have and that can meant radical change. Sometimes to have that new life, everything falls apart to make it so - and that can be uncomfortable. There is a sureness and yet a rawness to creating again; to starting fresh. Sometimes the universe gives us a blank slate to work from, so we can build what we really want, rather than just settling for less. This card celebrates not just a kind of phoenix energy but the energy of success and full bloom through adversity.
Picture Frame - A moment in the past. Holding on to the good parts and then letting go of the rest. Appreciating this moment of time, it is going to be a future memory. Take the best from a situation. Embracing who you have been and who you will be, with acceptance of your current self.
If you were attracted set of Cards 3:
Knight of Pentacles - This points to messages, often with regard to money and finance. You are likely to finally receive news that you've been waiting on, and this news is likely to be good. This Knight is a very practical card.
The Knight tells us to pay attention to the mundane and normal parts of our lives. A wise man once said, "Take care of the little things, and the big things will all fall into place." It asks you to look at how you are handling your affairs, and is a grounding influence.
It denotes being of service and doing the actual work. This points to being comfortable with routine and is efficient and conservative. You will be trusted with more responsibility and accountability. Do not shy away from this, but make sure you accomplish your work with duty and attention to details. There is no need to make any major changes to your approach, as this card says more of the same will do, and following through with your well worked out routine, is the way to go.
Barmback - "Sweetness and Synergy."
Not quite a cake and not quite a bread, barmbrack is a sweet loaf, larger than a typical bread loaf. It is baked with flour, sugar, salt, and dried fruits. The person baking the loaf would be sure to set the intention for love, truth, and synergy while preparing. Inside the dough, a number of special objects were hidden and baked into the loaf.
The object are used as a kind of random oracle - each one has a particular meaning which represents the fate of the person who found it in their slice!
It indicates a curiosity to know what is ahead but it's important to balance that with the now - after all, we have the tools to change our future should we choose. The sweet synergy of barmback - all the ingredients including the objects are more complete and powerful together, than they are individually, should encourage you to seek your own "sweet spot".
Shopping List - Set goals. Plan. Do more than talk. Set it and commit to it. Look long term. Pull the trigger. Be conscious of your time and where you are spending it. Are you actively working towards the future that you want for yourself? Organize. Buy the ticket, book the room, and get those details worked out.
